With a keen understanding of the importance of diversity and inclusion in the tech space, Lancelot took on the role of the first Black Employee Alliance Chapter President for his cooperation in Ohio, demonstrating a commitment to developing and engaging with minorities in the sector.

Driven by a passion for empowering the next generation, Lancelot continues to invest time and effort into mentoring and fostering growth opportunities. His involvement with See Brilliance is aimed to help position and motivate young black and brown children as future leaders in the Technology space.
